How can we help?

HomePays lets you refer home-improvement projects to M&H Home Solutions and earn rewards when they close. Below are answers to common questions. If you still need help, contact us — we're glad to assist.

Getting started

Open the app and sign up. If someone invited you, tap their invite link or scan their QR code so you're linked to them. Then complete your profile and you're ready to refer.

Signing in

HomePays is passwordless. Sign in with your phone number or email — we'll send you a one-time code to enter. There's no password to remember. If a code doesn't arrive, double-check your number or email and tap "Resend".

Referrals & rewards

  • Refer a project by adding it in the app — just enter the homeowner's name and phone number.
  • Track each referral's status — submitted, sold, paid — from the Home screen.
  • Rewards are paid after the project closes. Set your payout method and complete your tax form (W-9) in Profile so we can pay you.

Your account

Edit your name, phone, address, payout details, and profile photo from the Profile screen. You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete Account.

Technical problems

  • Make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store / Google Play.
  • Force-close the app and reopen it.
  • Check your internet connection.

Deleting your account and data

In the app: go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and your associated personal data.

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email cleverwav3@gmail.com from — or including — the email or phone number on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify and process the request.

What is deleted: your profile (name, email, phone, address, photo), your payout details, and the referral records tied to your account.

What we may retain: tax and transaction records (for example, a W-9) that we are legally required to keep for financial and tax compliance, for the period required by law.

Timeframe: deletion is completed within 30 days of the request.

How do I get paid?

Set your payout method and complete your W-9 in Profile. Once a referred project closes and is verified, your reward is issued to that payout method.

Rewards are issued after the referred project closes and is verified by M&H Home Solutions, and once your payout and tax information are on file.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. If you've uninstalled it, email cleverwav3@gmail.com to request deletion. See “Deleting your account and data” above for what's removed and retained. Personal data is removed within 30 days.

Is HomePays free to use?

Yes. HomePays is free to download and use; there are no in-app purchases.
